    Turkish delight

Posted by Brenda Schweitzer on 28th Dec 2020

I bought these for the fun of it. One was included with another gift. When I saw them I immediately remembered the story of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by CS Lewis and had to get them. I bought the pomegranate and rose. I have not tried them. I am giving some as gifts to those that know the beloved story as well and hopefully will enjoy the novelty. Since I love roses I am keeping a rose one for me as a special treat. Who knows I may still give it away to delight & bless someone.

These were really good. Sweet flavor and a nice texture. Reminded me of the Turkish Delights I used to eat overseas as a kid.
