PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By submitting your order on store.museumofthebible.org you are authorizing Museum of the Bible to charge your credit card or Paypal account for the total purchase price at the bottom of your order summary. All purchases of material items from the Museum of the Bible online store are subject to a shipping contract. The title for products purchased from the Museum of the Bible store pass to you upon delivery of your ordered products to the carrier.
PRIVACY/ SECURITY
What kind of information do you collect?
Museum of the Bible does collect and store information as you interact with our site. The information you enter and save in your account, post as a comment or review, or send via email to our customer service department are stored. Your order history will also be stored in your account. We do not collect or store your credit card information, IP addresses, and web cookie data. You maintain the right to remove personal information from your account, although we recommend you utilize your account to improve your user experience each time you visit us.

Is my information secure?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.
May children use the site?
You may use our site and make purchases if you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may do so with the oversight of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian.

MOTB products, images, content, and other intellectual property is owned by Museum of the Bible and protected by United States and international copyright laws. No reproductions in any form may be made unless otherwise stated in writing by Museum of the Bible. The Museum of the Bible logo or trademark may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Museum of the Bible’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Museum of the Bible. All other trademarks and 3rd party products not owned by Museum of the Bible are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Museum of the Bible.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
Museum of the Bible does not take ownership of returned items until the item arrives at our Oklahoma City fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Museum of the Bible does not take title to the refunded item.
REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
You are welcome to post content in the form of text or photos and to submit suggestions, questions, or other comments on the Museum of the Bible store website, so long as the content is related to current or suggested products or website services and does not contain information of an illegal, indecent or otherwise harmful nature. You may not post content that contains unsolicited commercial advertisements, political campaigning, libel, software viruses or any form of "spam", or information that infringes a right to privacy, publicity or intellectual property. You may not use false contact information for correspondence or delude as to the origin of payment information. If you do post content to the Museum of the Bible webstore, you grant Museum of the Bible the interminable and irrevocable right to use, alter, publish or share the information loyalty-free using any media form. You grant Museum of the Bible the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You agree that you control the rights to the content that you post; that the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Museum of the Bible for all claims resulting from content you supply. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
While Museum of the Bible attempts to produce accurate product descriptions, measurements, weights and photographs for every item, there is not a guarantee that the information is complete or error-free. While we encourage safety practices to be considered when using all of our products, we do include known safety issues for some items. We recommend that you read the product descriptions thoroughly to understand the potential product dangers and how to avoid them. When you agree to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to not hold MOTB liable for any accidents or damages involving products purchased from our online store. Additionally, products for sale on store.museumofthebible.org do not come with a warranty. If Customer Service is notified that an item’s information is misrepresented or missing, we will correct it. We reserve the right to update item information at any time without notice or liability to the customer. Some of our kids products may contain a safety warning.
