Q: If I created an account when I purchased tickets or memberships, or made a donation, do I need to create another one for the online store?

A: Yes, you will need to create another account to place orders in our online store. Please visit this page to create your new account. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Q: How do I order an item that I saw in your gift shop but can't find online?

A: Please contact customer service at 1-866-430-6682 to tell us about the item and we will do our best to make it available for you.

Q: Where are your items made?

A: We sell gift items made in the USA, Israel, China, India, Thailand, Africa and more. If you have questions about a particular item, please reach out to us.

Q: Can I return my items?

A: Yes. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a refund. For return instructions, please contact customer service at 1-866-430-6682. 

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.

*We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee on select orders as needed.

Q: I received a damaged item. What's next?

A: Please contact customer service at 1-866-430-6682 and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost. You will be provided with a return shipping label so that you can return your damaged item. 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Please contact customer service at 1-866-430-6682. If your items have not yet shipped, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: If your items have not yet shipped, we can cancel your current order and create a new order for you. Your previous order will be refunded, and your new order will be charged separately.  Please contact customer service at 1-866-430-6682 to request the changes.

Q: How long will it take to charge my credit card once my order is submitted?

A: The charge should appear on your statement within 24 hours.

Q: How long until my order arrives?

A: 5 to 7 days for standard shipping and 2 to 3 days for expedited shipping.
