To return the honey to its smooth, liquid state, simply place the closed jar in a bowl of warm water and stir occasionally until the crystals dissolve. Avoid using boiling water or overheating the honey in a microwave, as gentle warmth is best for preserving its natural quality. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and stir gently. Repeat as needed until it reaches your desired consistency.
