Return Policy
Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase to our warehouse location listed above. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused or like-new condition
- Postmarked within allotted time frame stated above

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the price you paid for the item. You will receive the credit within 7 - 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. **We are unable to cover return shipping costs or to refund shipping costs from the original order. **We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee for select orders as needed. Damaged Order
If your order was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for assistance and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Call or email us at customerservice@mbible.org
Shipping
We know you want to receive your product as soon as possible, so we make every effort to ship your item within 1 business day. If you would like to adjust or cancel your order, please call customer service. If your order has not been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will process your return when we receive the item(s) back from you.
We will ship your product using the most cost-effective and dependable method available via UPS or USPS. All orders must be paid in full before the item is shipped.
